Megan Mannato, Head of School, Named to NJAIS Board of Trustees

Head of School Megan Mannato joins the NJAIS Board of Trustees, advancing a shared commitment to excellence and innovation in independent education.
-----

This week, at the New Jersey Association of Independent Schools (NJAIS) Leadership Conference, Head of School Megan Mannato was officially named a trustee on the NJAIS Board of Trustees.

The Board is composed of volunteers who are current or retired Heads of NJAIS member schools, bringing together experienced leaders dedicated to advancing independent education across the state. As part of its mission, NJAIS promotes educational, ethical, and professional excellence while safeguarding the independence of its member institutions and encouraging thoughtful, forward-looking change.

Mrs. Mannato's appointment reflects both her leadership within the Lacordaire community and her broader commitment to strengthening independent schools throughout New Jersey. In this new role, she will collaborate with fellow trustees to support initiatives that benefit students, educators, and school communities statewide.

At the same conference, Saydi Callahan Keefe, Lacordaire's Director of Advancement and Enrollment Management,  co-facilitated two sessions this week at the NJAIS Leadership Conference with Alexis Sommers (Newark Academy), bringing together colleagues in Advancement, Enrollment, and Communications. The first session focused on peer discussion around what students and families need from their work, and the second shared those insights with leaders across other school functions.
