My favorite part of being a Middle School student at Lacordaire is how well I bond with the teachers and kids in my class. It did not take me long at all to realize that this was a very good school environment for me and that I belong here. Having a small class has also been really nice, too, so I can have extra help from teachers if I need it!
Favorite Class: I really enjoy my Advanced Literature Class with Mrs. Giarrusso. She makes everything so much fun in a really challenging class. I also take the Improv Lab elective which is a great introduction to the Improv branch of theater. Mrs. Ballantyne is a super fun teacher to help you get into your creative zone!
My favorite Lacordaire experiences are: Some experiences that I love are the Big/Little Program and the school musical! The Big/Little program is so fun and special. You always have a little brother or sister to help out and give hugs to at Morning Ceremony. The school musical is also fun! Even though it's hard work, in the end it always ends up being worth it.
What I’d say to a prospective student: You should definitely come to Lacordaire! Everyone is so supportive and nice. The school feels like another family to me, where everyone knows each other and everyone is there for each other.
